Asked to design and fitout a new Italian food service concept for the award-winning, D hotel, a luxury 4-star hotel in Drogheda, Co. Louth; Brodericks were happy to oblige. Drawing inspiration from its location on the majestic banks of the River Boyne, Il Ponte translates to mean ‘The Bridge’ in Italian – the link between the D hotel and the cosmopolitan town of Drogheda. Brodericks created a compact front of house Pizza preparation and service area to showcase the handmade pasta and authentic pizza all masterfully created under the watchful eye of Il Ponte’s Head Chef.
